Is this a BYO venue?
Yes, the farm is a BYO venue. This means you will need to bring your own beverages and catering. We have many great vendors locally that we can recommend.
Can I do my own styling?
Of course! The best part about a dry hire venue is customising your day, however you want.
How many nights are included in the packages?
A three night stay in the farmhouse is included when you book a wedding at the farm. For those wanting to hire glamping tents for their guests, these can be booked for your wedding weekend. Please contact us if you would like more information about glamping.
Can we book additional nights at the farmhouse?
Yes you can! If you want to extend your stay at the farmhouse either before or after your event, please contact us for pricing.
Can we stay for two nights instead?
Yes you can! Our packages are flexible to suit you and your budget.
Is there a space for the bridal party to get ready?
When you book your wedding at the farm, you’ll have access to the entire property, including the farmhouse. This is the perfect space for the bridal party to get ready.
Can we host a rehearsal dinner the night before?
Yes you can! Our packages allow you to slow down and enjoy your wedding. You’ll have the farm all to yourselves for the entire weekend. Perfect for hosting a rehearsal or welcome dinner the night before, because why just celebrate for one day?
Can we host a recovery event the next day?
Yes you can! After your wedding, you’ll have one more night to enjoy the farm. Remise the night before with your favourite people, over coffee and brunch, or drinks and lunch.
How many cars can park for the reception?
There are 38 parking bays for guests and 4 bays for the farmhouse.
Do we have the whole property to ourselves?
Yes, you will have the entire 72 acres to yourself. Please keep in mind that the property is a working farm so we may be present at times.
Do you allow pets?
We do allow dogs for your special day. We have a strict rule of keeping your furry friend(s) on a leash at all times, as our livestock can be frightened by unfamiliar animals.
When can we set up?
Bump in time for vendors can commence from 3pm the day before your event.
What time is bump-out?
Bump out of all vendors must be completed by 10am the day after your event.
What is the curfew?
All sound and PA systems must be turned off at midnight, to respect our neighbours.
What accommodation options are nearby?
There are a number of local accomodation options for guests. We are:
10 minutes from Balingup
15 minutes from Donnybrook
30 minutes from Bridgetown
45 minutes from Bunbury
55 minutes from Busselton
We are more than happy to recommend some local accomodation options.
Can my guests camp?
Yes, we can host up to 30 of your guests in tents, caravans or glamping.
Is there a fire pit?
Yes, a purpose built fire pit is available for use in the orchard. The fire pit can only be used during unrestricted burning periods. This period changes from year to year, so please contact us for more information.
